This month we welcome guest speaker Paul Manning is the co-founder and executive director of Helius Therapeutics, New Zealand’s largest licensed medicinal cannabis company.
Paul Manning is the co-founder and executive director of Helius Therapeutics, New Zealand’s largest licensed medicinal cannabis company, though most of his career has been spent consulting in the design and advertising sector. He founded an agency called Metromedia Group at the age of 22, which went on to become New Zealand’s largest independent agency, before being acquired by Ogilvy & Mather, the world’s largest ad network, in 2007. He then became the executive director of Ogilvy before joining Clemenger Group as managing director of 99. A former EY Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Paul has worked at the highest levels with major agencies and consulted to dozens of New Zealand’s leading brands.
In this talk, Paul will share some of his experiences from co-founding Helius Therapeutics. A start-up business in a start-up industry.
